– A **deposit of 50 % is required** to confirm a booking of Catering Events. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of service. All other services are payable at Booking.
– Payments are accepted via **credit card, or other approved payment methods** listed on our website.
– If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

## **4. Cancellations & Refunds**
– **Client Cancellations:**
– Cancellations made **7 days or more** before the scheduled service will receive a **full refund** of the deposit.
– Cancellations made **3 to 6 days** before the service will receive a **50% refund**.
– Cancellations made **less than 72 hours** before the service will be **non-refundable**.
– **Private Chef Lorenzo Cancellations:**
– In the unlikely event that we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a **full refund** will be issued, or we will work to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

– Clients must inform us of any **food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests** at the time of booking.
– While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

– We are not responsible for **allergic reactions or adverse health effects** due to undisclosed food allergies or dietary restrictions.
